Our Project

    Polycycle - Industrial-Scale Plastic Recycling

Meniv Energy is a partner in Polycycle - the plastic-recycling arm of IPS Group. Polycycle recycles post-consumer plastic waste at industrial scale and returns it to industry as high-quality polymers.

Post-consumer waste transformed into high-quality industrial raw material.

    The Mission

Reduce the Environmental Damage of Plastic Waste

Over 160 million tons of household plastic waste are generated globally every year — damaging air, soil, and water. Polycycle was founded in 2020 as a subsidiary of IPS (Israel Polymers Services) to provide the plastic industry with broadly accessible recycling solutions and a range of products built from post-consumer plastic waste.

    The Process

From Waste to Raw Material - 4 Stages

Polycycle specialises in recycling materials already in landfill - the most challenging point in the waste stream, where materials are contaminated or degraded.

    01

    Collection & Sorting

Post-consumer plastic waste is collected from end-of-life streams and sorted by polymer type.

    02

    Cleaning & Processing

The material is washed, shredded, and thermally processed - even when contaminated or degraded.

    03

    Quality Control

The in-house lab runs ASTM-grade testing on every batch to ensure international quality standards.

    04

    Product Manufacturing

The recycled material returns to industry as a high-quality polymer used for piping (Superpipe) and raw materials across the plastics sector.

    Quality & Standards

    24/7 Lab with ASTM-Grade Testing

The Polycycle facility includes a state-of-the-art laboratory operating 24/7 with certified technicians. Every batch undergoes ASTM-standard testing and the facility maintains international quality certifications.
