Service Description
- •Solar panel installation for residential and commercial properties
- •Renewable energy consulting and system design services
- •Large-scale solar farm and wind energy project development
- •Electronic waste recycling and EPR compliance services
- •Energy storage solutions and grid integration
- •Ongoing maintenance and monitoring services
Quote & Pricing Terms
- •All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- •Pricing is subject to site inspection and final system design
- •Quotes include equipment, installation, permits, and grid connection (unless otherwise stated)
- •Additional costs may apply for roof reinforcement, ground preparation, connection upgrades, or other special requirements
- •Prices may be adjusted based on changes in equipment costs or regulatory requirements
- •VAT is included in all quoted prices unless otherwise specified
Installation Terms
- •Meniv Energy will obtain all necessary permits and approvals on behalf of the client
- •Installation timeline depends on permit approval, weather conditions, and equipment availability
- •Standard residential installations are completed within 1-3 days after permit approval
- •Commercial projects timeline will be specified in the project agreement
- •Client must provide safe access to the installation site and electrical panels
- •All installations comply with Israeli Electricity Authority standards and regulations
Payment Terms
- •A 20% deposit is required upon signing the installation agreement
- •50% payment is due upon delivery of equipment to the site
- •Final 30% payment is due upon completion and grid connection approval
- •Financing options are available through our banking partners
- •PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) customers pay monthly based on electricity produced
- •Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law
Warranties & Guarantees
- •Solar panels: manufacturer warranty up to 25 years (~80% output at year 25 per manufacturer spec)
- •Inverters: 10-12 year manufacturer warranty (depending on model)
- •Battery storage: manufacturer warranty with defined cycle life, per manufacturer spec
- •Workmanship coverage is provided separately under each project agreement
- •Manufacturer warranties transfer automatically with the property to new owners
- •Warranty claims are handled directly with the manufacturer per its warranty terms
Liability Limitations
- •Meniv Energy is not liable for delays caused by permit approval processes
- •Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemic) may affect project timelines
- •Changes in government regulations or incentive programs may affect pricing
- •We are not responsible for electricity production variations due to weather conditions
- •Maximum liability is limited to the total contract value
- •Indirect or consequential damages are excluded from liability
Dispute Resolution
- •These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel
- •Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation
- •Unresolved disputes may be submitted to mediation before legal action
- •Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo
- •The prevailing party in any legal action is entitled to reasonable attorney fees
