25 years is a long commitment. What if something goes wrong?

Panels come with a manufacturer warranty of up to 25 years (around 80% output at year 25, per manufacturer spec). Inverters come with a 10-12 year manufacturer warranty. For any warranty issue, the manufacturer provides the replacement part per its own warranty terms - a process you, or a maintenance company of your choice, handle with them directly.

Question 2

The upfront investment is high. I don't have the capital.

Accepted Answer

We offer full financing through our banking partners. In most cases the monthly savings on your electricity bill exceed the monthly loan repayment - so you are in positive cash flow from the first month, even with no upfront capital.

Question 3

How long does it really take to see ROI?

Accepted Answer

In cash: 4-6 years on average for a residential system (estimate only, depends on system size, consumption and tariff). With bank financing: positive cash flow from month one in most cases. After payback you still get 20+ years of "free" electricity - which makes this one of the more stable investments around.

Question 4

What about maintenance? I don't know anything about this.

A solar system is passive infrastructure - it needs very little maintenance. For most homes, periodic cleaning plus basic monitoring through the manufacturer's app is enough. If you want, we can connect you with a partner maintenance company that offers ongoing service and monitoring packages - it's optional, and your call.

Question 5

What happens if I sell the house?

Accepted Answer

An installed solar system raises property value. The manufacturer (Tier 1) warranty is tied to the system itself and transfers automatically to the new owner. In many cases this shortens time to sale and lifts the price.

What if the electric company lowers the tariff in the future?

Accepted Answer

The agreement with the electric company for a new system is 25 years with a locked, index-linked tariff. Future tariff changes only apply to systems installed after the change - not to yours.

Will the panels damage my roof?

Accepted Answer

The opposite - the panels protect the roof from sun and rain and extend its life. Installation follows strict safety standards without damaging roof waterproofing, in line with the panel manufacturer's specifications.

I have children at home - does the system emit dangerous radiation?

Accepted Answer

No. The panels generate direct-current electricity and emit no ionizing radiation at all; the only non-ionizing radiation in the system is low-frequency, comes mainly from the inverter, and falls off with distance. Israel's Ministry of Environmental Protection determined that a rooftop installation up to 1 MW meets exposure recommendations when the inverter is placed correctly - and that even systems on school roofs do not endanger students. We plan the inverter placement to these guidelines.

What if the technology becomes obsolete?

Accepted Answer

Solar technology is mature and stable - systems around the world have been running successfully for 40+ years. Future upgrades are mainly about efficiency, not compatibility. Your system will still work and produce electricity 25 years from now.
