Tariff Updates – Direct Business Impact

What actually changes after a tariff decision.

Decision 02/2025 added a flexibility factor: 0.94 if dispatch exceeds 10 minutes, 1.00 for ≤10 minutes, 1.08 for ≤5 minutes.

Invoices now show a FlexAdj line multiplied by that factor (e.g., 1.2M₪ × 1.08 = 1.296M₪).

Tariff tables and customer notices must refresh within three business days; late updates cost 0.5% of monthly turnover per day.
