From Feb 2025 every LV remote disconnect/connect must follow a two-step handshake: notify the customer 24 hours ahead and obtain human approval confirming the site is non-critical.
AMR logs action codes (RC1/RC2) for non-payment vs. operational faults and pushes a monthly compliance file to the regulator.
Skipping either step causes the command to fail and counts as a violation, so CRM workflows must change.
